Building a bankroll by veneer vs The poker blueprint.

$0 to $1,000 – A step-by-step guide to building a bankroll with zero risk of ruin [eBook]

I learned quite a bit from both books. Building a Bankroll is geared towards Full Ring, while Poker Blueprint is 6 max – so take that into consideration.

If you had to choose one, I’d go with Building a Bankroll.

It’s extremely well written and has much more detailed hand histories. Its also a bit more up to date with the recent micro stakes games.

Verneer’s results are out there for all to see from his full ring challenge and the book includes a verrneer of information, not only on playing but also how to review sessions and what to look for etc. I read verneer’s book and right after i finished it I started the blueprint and i found it useless.

As far as applying it to live cash games I mainly play live cash I don’t think his opening hand ranges work as well live as they do online, as your more likely to be heads up online compared to multi-way in live games but I feel his advice will builxing your live game improve. No, Seat Open Poker is his podcast. Crush Live Poker is a training video series over live cash games. And yes he covers fundamentals as well as very deep, advanced concepts.

I feel that he is a great teacher for the live games and way vereer than reading any outdated books. The Poker Blueprint was the first poker book I ever read and I felt it really improved my play. I definitely enjoyed it, but I just don’t feel books are as helpful as watching someone talk through hands and concepts. Not many other details. Also does that membership allow you to dowvload the vids or just stream them?

I did email buidling. And thanks for the buildinng. I may toss the cash books if this is the answer If you don’t know the answers that’s cool cause pointing this out was good enough.
