Liked the book from start to end. Also, author addresses how people change when they live in a foreign country forgetting the values which one inherits since birth. Love the author’s writing style. How do they go on with their courses? The great thing about the book is that amrwekan has so many genuine insights about America. Tweet Today the great Indian democracy celebrates its 66th Republic Day. From here things are more or less predictable, yet enjoyable. I understood the context in which they were being used and didn’t feel the need to read through the character explaining the entire thing.
It is an easy read and is full of positivity. Tweet Today, as many towns in Haryana burn and I see desperate Facebook pleas for help from people stuck in Rohtak or Panipat, I wonder how things came to Aug 14, Veturi rated it did not like it.
Thanks for visiting Amreekandesi! Atulya may have been trying to connect with his readers through this story, but I fear that he may not have succeeded well here. Last but not the least a handy tipbook for those travelling to US for the first time and parents of those travelling. The author has brought true colours of both the countries with his words.

Book Review of Amreekan Desi: He also writes occasional humour columns for the Times of India, Crest Edition. So after watching that video i thaught this book will reach me to know how Indian Origins are having thier life in America especially Students, and i must say after reading Its a Hilarious book dei many anecdotes amreekann American Indians.
Akhil’s story throughout is a wonderful tale. It makes you want to do something for the country.

In all, the book is written wonderfully. You can relate to the story and can enjoy it. Laptop for 10 Dollars. It could have been a perfect read if it would not have exceeded pages.
Also, it touches the subjects of parental pressures, personal ambitions and racism even though they fail to make an overall impact.
